Open floorplan cabin with a living room, bathroom, laundry room , kitchen and two bedrooms on the first floor. Bonus space/loft on 2nd (accessible by ladder). Great covered patio and hammock circle in the yard.

The property is equipped with an EV Charger, Tesla users may need an adapter. No campfires, tiki torches, charcoal BBQ, shooting, fireworks or bonfires are allowed on the property. Full linens provided. All kitchen appliances are provided (waffle iron, crock pot, coffee maker, toaster, blender, Blackstone grill). In snow/ice events, keep in mind please carry chains/traction tires. Please carefully secure the lid to the trash can outside--the winds launch it pretty far. On that (windy) note: Please help yourself to a kite or a couple of them in the house if you'd like to fly a kite! They're usually by the front door or in the laundry room. Feel free to take it home or throw it away at the end of your stay.

Our home is located in a private, gated community in a neighborhood environment where we know our neighbors. The house is located on private roads, and has incredible views of the valley, mountains and adjacent DNR-owned property. Our neighborhood is in a high fire-danger area. We are a no-open-flame property. Guests agree to dispose of smoking material (outdoor only) in WATER and to not use fire pits, solo stoves, charcoal grills, candles, tiki torches or other open flame. The roads are very steep. Please contact us if you’ll be pulling a boat, camper or trailer, we have an alternative secure parking area for oversized vehicles and trailers. The rental is for the house and our lot only, and does not include community amenities, etc, which are reserved for owners in the community.
