Open floorplan cabin with a living room, bathroom, laundry room , kitchen and two bedrooms on the first floor. Bonus space/loft on 2nd (accessible by ladder). Great covered patio and hammock circle in the yard.

The property is equipped with an EV Charger. No campfires, tiki torches, charcoal BBQ, shooting, fireworks or bonfires are allowed on the property. Full linens provided. All kitchen appliances are provided (air fryer, crock pot, coffee maker, toaster, blender, Blackstone grill). The road to the house really isn't suitable for oversized vehicles and trailers. If you're towing, reach out to us, we have an alternative secure storage parking space on level ground which will be safer for your vehicle.

Our home is located in a private, gated community in a neighborhood environment where we know our neighbors. The house is located on private roads, and has incredible views of the valley, mountains and adjacent DNR-owned property. Our neighborhood is in a high fire-danger area. We are a no-open-flame property. Guests agree to dispose of smoking material (outdoor only) in WATER and to not use fire pits, solo stoves, charcoal grills, candles, tiki torches or other open flame. The roads are very steep. Please contact us if you’ll be pulling a boat, camper or trailer, we have an alternative secure parking area for oversized vehicles and trailers. The rental is for the house and our lot only, and does not include community amenities, etc, which are reserved for owners in the community.

DO NOT USE AN APP TO NAVIGATE TO THE HOUSE. USE WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED DRIVING DIRECTIONS; Navigate to the intersection of Valley Road and Wrangler Road, Turn left (West) on Wrangler through the SS Gate. The code is 1923. It's a slow gate, give it a moment or try the code again if it doesn't open in 30 seconds. (Call if it gives you more trouble 253-350-5427). Once inside the gate, turn right on Gunsmoke Road (about 1/3 mile). Stay on gunsmoke road--it's a long switchback road that goes for 1 mile. all the way up the hill. Our house is over the crest of the hill. Halfway up the hill is a large sign for a neighbor's home. DO NOT ENTER, Take the switchback a hard left there and continue another 1/2 mile. At the end of the road you'll see four posts with two low gates made from chains. These are are gates. The house is to the right. You'll see #74 marked on the posts.
