Open floorplan cabin with a living room, bathroom, laundry room , kitchen and two bedrooms on the first floor. Bonus space/loft on 2nd (accessible by ladder). Great covered patio and hammock circle in the yard.

Other Details to Note

The property is equipped with an EV Charger. No campfires, tiki torches, charcoal BBQ, shooting, fireworks or bonfires are allowed on the property. Full linens provided. All kitchen appliances are provided (air fryer, crock pot, coffee maker, toaster, blender, Blackstone grill). The road to the house really isn't suitable for oversized vehicles and trailers. If you're towing, reach out to us, we have an alternative secure storage parking space on level ground which will be safer for your vehicle.

Neighborhood

Our home is located in a private, gated community in a neighborhood environment where we know our neighbors. The house is located on private roads, and has incredible views of the valley, mountains and adjacent DNR-owned property. Our neighborhood is in a high fire-danger area. We are a no-open-flame property. Guests agree to dispose of smoking material (outdoor only) in WATER and to not use fire pits, solo stoves, charcoal grills, candles, tiki torches or other open flame. The roads are very steep. Please contact us if you’ll be pulling a boat, camper or trailer, we have an alternative secure parking area for oversized vehicles and trailers. The rental is for the house and our lot only, and does not include community amenities, etc, which are reserved for owners in the community.

Jessica is fantastic! This was a last minute booking for me and she couldn’t have been more responsive or helpful. This is a very peaceful place to stay. Located atop a hill with a great view of the surrounding area. Very close to Brewster and approximately 25 min to Gamble Sands. Certainly recommend.

Beautiful views and very private—if you really want to get away from it all—this is your spot! And the ability to plug in our EV each evening was a huge bonus.

What an incredible place. We arrived at golden hour, with the sun lighting up the face of the mountain behind the cabin. I wandered off, looking at wildflowers until dusk, instead of unloading our car! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and everything that I needed for a relaxing birthday weekend. I couldn't believe how perfect it was, as the Northern Lights made a brief showing the first night, and we had a huge rainbow over the valley the second evening. If you love big views and shrub steppe wildflowers, this is the place to be.

Jessica's place was absolutely stunning! It is very private and has a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. The driveway and neighborhood roads were a little intimidating, however, Jessica provided clear instructions and recommendations for a safe journey (e.g., have a set of tire chains just in case). We found that the Maps app on an Apple iPhone will get you to the cabin no problem. I highly recommend Windy Range Ranch!

Beautiful small cabin with ample interior space. Very private and amazing views during the day and night. Jessica was super responsive and provided info about the town and good guidebook was provided at the cabin. We had some unique experiences at the cabin watching the northern lights and hearing the coyotes and watching beautiful sunrises. The drive up and down the hill is a little challenging but it's close enough to town to get groceries and food. Kitchen was small but had everything we needed to cook meals. Would definetly book again!

Windy Ridge Ranch had the most breathtaking views! We LOVED the hammocks for relaxing, sunset watching & star gazing. The house was very comfortable & had everything we needed. Our host was very helpful & responsive. It was the best girls weekend!

Jessica’s place is one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at. The location is unreal. Any direction you look is picture perfect. It almost feels like another planet entirely. The house stayed nice and cool during a heatwave and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was great and Jessica was so kind to us and a very helpful host! We have no complaints. It was an unforgettable experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! The space was clean, inviting, comfortable, and well-organized. The beautiful view of the mountains added to the charm. The outdoor area was also impeccably maintained. The location was private and quiet, offering access to stunning views. My husband had a fantastic time birdwatching with the binoculars provided in the house. Jessica was incredibly responsive and kind. We would happily return for another stay next summer!
