Bedrooms: Primary bedroom has queen bedroom, Roku television, closet, and wardrobe. (sleeps 2) Bunk room has 2 twin bunks and a full bed, plus a closet and luggage racks. (Sleeps 4) Loft has a queen futon plus room for the queen air mattress. Accessible by ladder. (Sleeps 4) All rooms feature aesthetic decor, ample seating and lighting. The Bathroom: Toiletries and linens are provided. This cabin has clear, fresh well water. Due to this being a remote property, water pressure is sometimes a bit low. You can improve water pressure by not running laundry at the same time as showers. The Kitchen & Dining: This kitchen is tiny but well appointed, the dining room table doubles as additional prep space. The dual door refrigerator has freezer space and water/ice in the door. Silverware, dishes and quality knives are provided. Coffee supplies are provided. Glass-top five burner electric range with Airfry and Convection options. Additional kitchen appliances are stored in the laundry room cabinet: Croc Pot, toaster, blender, mixer, air popcorn popper. Dine with a view--our huge windows Living Area: Opposite the kitchen is a living space with cozy decor and comfortable overstuffed leather furniture. It takes advantage of the great views from the patio french doors. Enjoy the large Roku TV, provided movies and game system, coloring books and board games or puzzles) Loft Climb the ladder to the loft and find a queen fouton sofa, more recreation options--kids' toys, movies, and the best views in the house through the massive A-Frame windows. The loft and bedrooms have their own mini-splits air conditioners. Outdoors: There is parking for 2 cars at the house. If you're towing a boat or trailer, let the owners know, and we'll get you access to the offsite secure parking. (The roads to the house aren't trailer-friendly). There's an additional pad above the house for our future garage/shop--but in the meantime this is a favorite place for launching flying toys--Kites, drones, model aircraft, or RC Cars, fetch with pets, etc. The house has a yard with a conversation pit (Hammocks installed seasonally) and a large patio on either side of the house. The East side covered patio is the place for BBQs and coffee with sunrises. A picnic table is provided as well. Outdoor lights provided for safety. The property is an 18 acre lot. You are welcome to explore it, most borders are marked with pink flag tape, Ask us or see the home manual for approximate borders. The property is unfenced and wildlife has full access, please take care with children and pets. Wildlife may include coyotes, wolves, bears, deer, moose, rattlesnakes, scorpions, wolverines, marmots and many species of birds. *Winery--approx 10 minutes away (they have Tesla Chargers there) *Brewster downtown approx 12 minutes away. *Gamble Sands approx 25 minutes away. *Omak approx 60 minutes *Chelan approx 45 minutes *Wenatchee approx 60 minutes *Leavenworth approx 90 minutes *Loup Loup Ski Bowl approx 45 minutes
Other Details to Note
This home is located in a HOA with quiet hours and a high expectation of privacy. Due to the private roads, the apps don't work for driving directions. Please follow our written directions to avoid surprising a neighbor at their house with your arrival. Quiet hours are 10pm-9am. We are also in a no-fires community. We allow the use of gas grills on the patio or gravel pad, but no charcoal, no solo stoves, no bonfires, no tiki torches, no birthday candles. Our community takes this very seriously as our community experienced a total loss in the 2014 Carlton Complex fire. Open flame will result in IMMEDIATE termination of your stay. You're welcome to smoke on the porch if the windows and doors are closed, but please extinguish smoking materials in water. No butts on the ground anywhere. Be aware of high winds on the property. They come without warning and any unattended items, including garbage, and even lawn furniture can be blown to the neighbor's property. We ask that folding chairs and hammock fabrics are brought in when not in use for safety. *No parties/events *Pet supplies (water bowl, food bowl, dog bags) provided. Please do clean up after your pet, especially in the yard area near the house. *In the event of property damage or something working poorly, please let us know as soon as possible. *Be mindful of guest limit, no more than 8 guests without host permission. *Do not tresspass on neighboring properties, or visit neighbor's driveways. Silver Spur community resources are for owners only, and are not available to guests, the rental period is for the home and lot only.

Neighborhood
Our home is located in a private, gated community in a neighborhood environment where we know our neighbors. The house is located on private roads, and has incredible views of the valley, mountains and adjacent DNR-owned property. Our neighborhood is in a high fire-danger area. We are a no-open-flame property. Guests agree to dispose of smoking material (outdoor only) in WATER and to not use fire pits, solo stoves, charcoal grills, candles, tiki torches or other open flame. The roads are very steep. Please contact us if you’ll be pulling a boat, camper or trailer, we have an alternative secure parking area for oversized vehicles and trailers. The rental is for the house and our lot only, and does not include community amenities, etc, which are reserved for owners in the community.
Guest Access
The house is in a gated community on private roads that don't map well--Follow our written instructions. 24 hours before check-in you'll receive the community gate code for guests and front door code. The door code will become active at your check-in time.

We have a parking limit of 2, with additional vehicles allowed by permission, parking is a gravel driveway, there is an EV charger available at the house. The driveway is steep and in the event of snowfall, chains may be needed. We’re 10-12 minutes from “downtown” Brewster, and close to the Lone Point Cellars winery, close to Gamble Sands Golf Course, and about 45 minutes to Omak or Chelan and 1 hour to Wenatchee, or 90 minutes to Leavenworth.
